Use this meditation when you are feeling a bit overwhelmed or unable to ground. In this meditation, you will be releasing any negative thoughts and/or emotions. This is a time to let go of what is no longer serving you.
Get comfortable for this one. This is a great meditation if you are experiencing pain. Take a moment to lay down if you can.
